Gym time?

well... i've gotten the hang of this daily gym sessions. i workout after work on mondays and fridays. and tuesday till thursday before work early in the morning.
saturdays anytime but still a must...
sundays depends on my mood...

made some friends, the trainer is nice too... its zaween, he won mr. uno best body i think and was in cleo last year... he is kinda famous. cheeky fella that one. very friendly, so quite comfy with his guide. strictly professional la... he is rather massive and at a very young age. i wanna build up to his size if i have the will! i normally see him training in the mornings, normally working on his abs.

a friend of mine who won quite a few things and loads of money in roda impian had invited me and some friends to impiana cherating (a big 2 room suite) this weekend! kinda on a short notice but hey its a free vacation and i am all into that!

next weekend i am off to langkawi and penang...
will try to post some pic of cherating next week.

i've also checked out my personal detail card in the gym. they measured and weigh me and keep a record of it... it seems that since i've ditched gym for about 3 months, i've add on quite a lot of fat! crap... will drop off all this love handles... i need to fit in my old 32 jeans again... hehehe... thats my target!

Where is the entry?

hehehe.... sorry guys. lazy as hell to update this blog. i need to put up more food review.

just wanna tell u guys that i am trying to trim down of my body, to shed this forever clinging 'love freaking handles'. so a total lifestyle change is in order.

this is what i do,

1. i workout 5 times a week (minimum every weekdays), weekend optional!
2. low impact workout(bike,x-trainer,t-mill for 30mins), and gonna start weights this week and taking protein supps.
3. i take XENEDRINE (yeah i cheat a bit here...)
4. never skipping breakfast
5. lunch can be rice, with FISH mostly... nothing deep fried.
6. dinner will have to be early, before 8pm.
7. something with lots of liquid for dinner, kuew teow/bee hoon tom yam or sup never fried nor rice.
8. fast food only once per week (mc'd, kfc, pizza, BK, etc etc), only as needed.
9. ALWAYS drink plain water with food.
10. contantly drinking plain water in the office.
11. one cheat DINNER per week (dine somewhere nice to treat myself of sticking to the program!)

i've been envious of people with fabulous body. i accept the fact now that i takes commitment and a lot of work for me to get there. but with the correct and systematic plan, i'll get there, u betcha!

once i started working-out i have stop the habit of over indulgence... coz i know that i am not gonna waste all my hardwork in the gym for nothing!

i used to take better care of myself. hmm.... i need to get back into my old self. for my health mostly... and maybe boost my self-esteem too!
